In today’s busy world, stress, tension, and overwhelm can easily take over. Our classes help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your body and mind — no matter your age, background, or experience.
Whether you’re sitting long hours at a desk… juggling a busy life… craving more energy and emotional balance… needing better focus… or wanting easier, pain-free movement — you are welcome here.
Our gentle, mindful Hatha classes help you:

Class Rates:
Casual pass: $20 per session
1-month pass: $18 per class ($144 in total)
Current Schedule:
Tuesday: 5:30pm – 6:15pm
Friday: 7:00am – 7:45am
Note: Bookings are required before attending classes.

Community Hall, Chirnside Park Community Hub, 33 Kimberley Dr, Chirnside Park VIC 3116.
Free parking available in front of the building.

Booking and Payment
Casual Class Booking:
You can pay online or by cash on the day — however, booking your date and time in advance is required to attend the class.
One Month Pass:
Commit to a month of practice and growth
Cost: $144
How to redeem your pass:
After booking and payment, please go to Casual Class Booking and choose your class dates.
When you reach the payment page, select “Pay in Person” (no extra payment needed).
Repeat this for up to 8 sessions within your pass.
One-on-One Private sessions:
Personalised yoga designed for your specific needs (stress relief, flexibility, pain reduction, menopause support, or beginners’ guidance).

Christmas Break Notice
Group classes in the studio will be closed during the Christmas break from 22nd December to 5th January.
However, one-on-one private sessions will remain open during this period.
Please book your preferred date and time in advance.
